Design – We can work with your architects and their drawings but we also have a “design build” team in-house to realize your rough ideas. The design-build concept allows you to control your costs better and have a single point of contact for all your concerns.

Communication – You can call or email us with any questions, any time. We respond to all inquiries within the next business day. In addition, you may use this web site to email us, to keep a running conversation on your private blog, to make, store and discuss your selections with us.

Permits – We ensure that all our plans are approved by responsible permitting agencies. We ensure that all plans conform to the prevailing laws and ordinances.

Cost Estimates – From the detailed drawings developed by your architects, or us we produce a detailed cost estimate of the project. The estimate identifies the costs of each section of the work to be done and includes overhead and profit estimates. It also allows for minor “what if” kinds of questions.

Time Estimates – Construction schedules are often affected by a number of factors that are beyond anyone’s control. Weather, site issues, labor or supplies issues, anything can affect or delay a project. We try to a) plan and schedule in as much detail, b) sequence jobs to allow enough margin for contingencies, c) replan and inform you to minimize surprises.

Financing – Many of our projects require external financing. We work with your institution to ensure that the borrowing and funding processes happen smoothly.

Cleanliness – There is nothing more important than making sure the work site is as professionally clean as possible. To this end, we will take the necessary steps to provide an environment that is clean and organized for our employees and clients.

Construction – All our construction meets or exceeds prevailing standards and codes. Our workmanship is guaranteed. If something is not done according to the specs, we work on it till it’s done to your satisfaction.

Warranties – Our work is guaranteed for a year from the end of construction. Should you notice any problems, we fix it free of cost. We will also help you negotiate any issues with materials and appliances that we purchase on your behalf with the supplier/manufacturer.
